Product Details: Made from 100% grass-fed and grass-finished back-trimmed beef fat, our soft tallow is minimally processed to maintain its natural integrity. We source our fats from independent family farms in Wisconsin, following regenerative, sustainable, and humane farming practices. Using a traditional, small-batch dry-rendering method with double-filtration, we ensure the highest level of purity and quality.
