What began as a passion for natural living and ancestral wellness has grown into a trusted source for nourishing products crafted for sensitive bodies. From premium cooking fats and tallow skincare to clean Wisconsin provisions, every product is thoughtfully sourced, minimally processed, and made with real ingredients. 

Our mission is simple: to provide pure nourishment people can trust, reconnecting families with the wisdom, integrity, and benefits of truly natural products.The Fat Lady began in 2019, inspired by our vision to raise cattle using time-honored, sustainable practices like rotational grazing and regenerative agriculture. My husband’s expertise—building top-tier butcher facilities in Milwaukee and building relationships with dedicated farmers—paired with my experience as a community herbalist and wellness coach, laid the foundation for our journey. 

Farming was new to me, but the transformation I witnessed in the land, the animals, and the seasons was profound. Seeing the harmony between plants and cattle inspired me to create medicinal, personal care, and culinary tallow and lard products that celebrate Wisconsin’s natural abundance, honor the dedication of our farmers, and respect the gifts of both animals and plants. Today we serve thousands of customers across the country.
